Needless to say, Joe was eager to continue his family’s tradition. Now, Joe Bill’s Kitchen has its very own food truck that rolls around the Piney Flats, TN area dishing up exemplary barbecue.
With all the barbecue joints out there, what makes Joe Bill’s Kitchen stand out? First, the meats are high-quality, slow-smoked to keep all those natural flavors intact. Second, you won’t find your run-of-the-mill cookout fare here. Joe isn’t afraid to take risks when it comes to the art of cooking, and these risks have really paid off. This is evident in dishes like the pork q-rolls, a crisp egg roll shell stuffed with cheese and smoked pork. The sandwiches here aren’t the typical brisket and pulled pork sliders, but meticulously crafted concoctions stuffed with their own unique flavor profiles to tantalize your taste buds.
