Toast is a food truck with a simple name and a simple aim: to serve Madison with the best freshly toasted paninis in Wisconsin. They've not only hit the mark but exceeded it, elevating the simple sandwich to a gourmet delight.

At Toast, you get the chance to sample award winning paninis from a chef who's passionate about one thing: paninis. Gili's his name, and paninis are his game. He's leveled the playing field with homemade sauces and ingredients that are prepared fresh daily, making each sandwich a perfectly toasted, cheesy, savory work of art. Together with his wife Molly, they've taken home so many first place ribbons for their paninis, committed to great customer service with a smile.
