Van and Ty Wiseman and their cousin Holly Bigby wanted to do what they love for a living. With a passion for food and people, a food truck seemed like the natural route, and they had the backgrounds to boot. Von lived in Philadelphia for awhile and grew to love the city’s cuisine. Holly sported a culinary degree, so they put two and two together. Phil Me Up Cheesesteaks was born. The trio now roll around Oklahoma City, OK bringing the food and the joy to residents.
