About Tiki Tim's
Though Tiki Tim’s is a St. Paul, MN-based truck, the food they’re cooking takes inspiration from the tropics, both in flavors, and in laid-back vibes. They’re turning Minnesota into an island paradise, bite by bite.
Their Kalua pork sandwich is a great example; we’re dealing with tender, slow roasted pork piled onto a toasted ciabatta roll with pineapple ginger slaw. The battered tilapia tacos are money as well, not to mention their hand-crafted tiki cakes stuffed with crab, shrimp, garlic, peppers, onions and jalapeños (in other words, a better crab cake). Find Tiki Tim's on the streets of the Twin Cities, or have 'em out to cater your next event. It’ll be like the little vacay you didn’t know you needed.
