This food truck's all about that Canadian classic, and it's coming to you from a couple who tried the dish at a festival at Montreal, and made it their mission to bring it to their hometown in Salt Lake City.

That's because it's being made using only the freshest quality ingredients and all original reinventions on the classic that elevate it to gourmet status.
