That's because the founder of Skewers Food Truck moved to Spokane in 2009, disappointed with the inability to find authentic Middle Eastern food they grew up eating. Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit, Skewers Food Truck was born. To much success, we might add. Here, you're able to design your meal in a few easy steps. First, choose your protein, including a tasty mix of beef and lamb shawarma, chicken and even handcrafted falafel. From there, it's all about the style, as you can get 'em wrapped up in a warm pita, atop a bed of aromatic rice with tabouleh, or on a spring mix with cool tzatziki.
