Bored Baker Pizza Maker is a one of a kind operation in Phoenix, AZ. One day, a pastry chef of over a decade decided he was a little bored. He wanted to build a brick oven in the backyard to bake bread, but instead took it a step further. With support from his loving wife, he found a brick oven trailer, and decided to make a full fledged business out of it. Thus, Bored Baker Pizza Maker was born, making wood fired pizza available on the go. 

And we couldn't be more grateful, really. At Bored Baker Pizza Maker, they're sticking to traditional preparation methods, importing high quality flour, proscuitto and tomatoes from Italy. The result? A palate pleasing pie, from first bite to last. From the classic pepperoni with shredded mozzarella to margherita with fresh mozzarella, basil and house made tomato sauce, rest assured you'll get your fill here. Of course, you can even build your own with toppings including ham, ground beef, black olives, garlic, zucchini and Kalamata olives. But that's not all.
