Jasmine often enjoyed the sweet memory of Thrifty Ice Cream as a young girl growing up in Los Angeles, California. Shortly after the birth of their second son Jasmine decided to share that same wonderful memory with their children by serving up Thrifty Ice Cream on wheels.
