At Eggroll Joes, they've elevated the classic to a whole new level of delicious, fusing 'em with comfort food to make 'em all the more irresistible. Take, for example, their pickle popper, wrapping in sour dill pickles in sweet cream cheese and corn beef. Or their slow cooked pork butt in a tangy BBQ sauce, battered and deep fried with coleslaw on top. And we'd be remiss not to mention their buffalo chicken with ranch for the dipping.
