From wood-fired pizzas and tacos to salmon cakes and pork shanks, there are a ton of goodies for you to choose from. Consider the sautéed Brussels sprouts (with local crumbled bacon, apple cider vinegar, and roasted cashews), or maybe even the stuffed bell pepper (with jasmine rice, locally sourced mushrooms, seasonal veggies, toasted cashews, and coconut curry sauce). The seasonal menu is always changing to highlight Iowa’s fresh produce, so no matter what time of year you’re there, things are gonna go well. Hit up L.May Eatery in Dubuque, or hire ‘em to cater your next event.
