About Our Food Truck
Though it started as a food cart on Welch Avenue in Des Moines, IA, Carlos Quesadillas has since grown to a food truck and a permanent stall in the North Grand Mall. Luckily for us, Carlos Quesadillas caters, so we can still get our hands on all of Carlos’ tasty Mexican food no matter where we are.
