Cut Bait originally started as a bold new pizza venture, before it became more ambitious, and shifted focus. Shifted focus to Carolina fresh seafood, that is, caught and configured into ready-to-eat forms that are practical for the street and taste like practically nothing you've ever eaten. Rotating favorites include a Sirirachi Shimpburger tossed in cucumber dill and sourced fresh from the NC Pamlico Sound, along with Jamaican Jerked wild-caught trout tacos with honey-lime citrus slaw and chipotle cream, and a blue crab cake with sweet corn relish and a lemon aioli. 

Everything here is local and fresh, right down to the beef used for the surf & turf sandwich, and the fresh-cut potatoes seasoned with sea salt & pepper. No matter which option you go for, it's gonna feel like every ingredient's hand-picked just for you. Because in reality, they were.
