About Our Food Truck
Porchetta is owned and operated by Nicholas Crosson and Matt Hayden, two chefs, with a combined 22 years of industry experience. Our staple item is the "Porchetta" (Por-Ket-A), a slow roasted Italian Style Pork, that we will be shaving down into several different styles of sandwich.
