I do everything from serving straight off the truck to buffets and high-end plated meals. Gonzo Gourmet has catered countless weddings and has worked with many companies for lunch services including the Gainesville hospital, Pilot, Regal Cinemas, Comcast and many more. Gonzo Gourmet offers fresh street food with a gourmet twist. Items include a signature Hot Chicken, which is spicy fried modeled after popular Nashville joints. Menu varies but also can include Outlaw Eggs Benedict, Tacos al Pastor, Gyros, Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs, Avocado Tacos, Chipotle Black Bean Burgers, Hashbrown Casserole, and many more. Gonzo strives to use local ingredients and offers a fun tasty experience for all customers.
